All Cheverly Kids Care Club members and their parents are invited to a special viewing of the television Public Service Announcement (PSA) on handgun safety that stars members of our local Cheverly Kids Care Club. This event will take place on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 6:30 pm at St. Ambrose Church's Fannon Hall, and we will be viewing the commercial on the big tv screen owned by the St. Ambrose Men's Club. Please bring some cookies or fruit juice to share. Most of the actors in this PSA are in the ages 9-12 age group of the Kids Care Club, but a few are younger or older. This PSA is currently being prepared for marketing and distribution to a regional and possibly even national TV audience. We are very proud and happy that is being sponsored by the Maryland Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has received publicity in the chapter's recent newsletter.
